Key Responsibilities for Key Account Manager Role

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to enhance processes including Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Transport Management, Warehousing, and Stock Management.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of key customers' needs, issues, and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Manage operational planning to ensure timely and quality deliveries to our customers.
• Expand customer relationships by proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
• Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts using key account metrics for transparency with stakeholders.
• Oversee administrative and logistical processes related to warehouse activities.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• BSc/BA degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
• Proactive problem solver with experience in managing capacity planning issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to provide solutions based on customer needs and manage administrative and logistical processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships across all organisational levels.
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills, with acute attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
• Willingness to travel to countries such as the US and Europe up to 20% of the time.
