About the role:
The goal of the Value Added Services Specialist position is to accurately process and manage the order process. The VAS department is responsible for all value-added services, such as labeling, repacking, restacking products, and offering customer-specific solutions, such as creating custom stickers and mixed boxes.
You will be partly responsible for planning, quality, and order administration. You will also be an essential link between customers, sales, and the supply chain department, with whom you will closely collaborate. Additionally, you will maintain contact with various service providers and (internal) customers to ensure smooth order processing. You will work within a logistics team primarily based at the headquarters in Leiden. However, this role will mainly be carried out at our office and warehouse in Drunen, with guidance from Leiden.

As Value Added Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing a wide range of VAS orders.
- Managing the VAS order database.
- Monitoring the quality of services.
- Ordering and processing stickers and translations.
- Stock control.
- Preparing forecasts with the repackers.
- Clarifying sales and supply chain requests by asking questions.
- Correctly processing order administration.

This is You!
- You have completed an MBO+ or HBO education in Business Administration or Logistics, with at least one to a maximum of three years of experience.
- You are available 40 hours per week.
- Affinity with logistics or Supply Chain.
- Experience with Excel and spreadsheets is a plus.
- Experience with logistics processes and documentation.
- You have a proactive and outgoing personality, are not afraid to ask questions, and can work independently.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written), Ducth would be a plus!
- You have a driver’s license and are available for external appointments, with the ability to travel between Drunen and Leiden, and the option to work one day from home.
